We feel so blessed to be doing what we are doing with NEW CITY MAGAZINE. We feel that it is important to be a voice of hope, positivity and courage in today’s world. Especially, when we are bombarded with the negativity and perversion found in mainstream media. We will do our part and continue to do what we do best.

Times are changing…, trends will always keep on evolving. But the most important thing is for us to have the ability to see the future, to run fast forward and be ahead from other people. We must have the flexibility to pivot, to change directions and not be stuck in our comfort zones or fear and later on found out that it is too late for us to do anything.

 

When we heard the big announcement from the two big boys – Fairfax announced that they are planning to shut down 2 of their printing facilities by 2014 and will focus more on the online media… Then News Limited announced their dramatic restructure. WOW!!!

Well, that was a sign for us that it is time to focus on our ONLINE VERSION of NEW CITY MAGAZINE. We thought we had 5 more years of print media before most will go out of print. But looks like it is more like 5 months! J We are very fortunate though, in the fact that we are a small company. Therefore, it is easier for us to manoeuvre and change directions. It is harder to change the course and the direction of a cruise liner compared when riding a jet ski!!!

So, here’s my big announcement….
